Atlas Terms of Use
Atlas is a practical directory and member workspace. It supports professional judgment; it does not replace due diligence, legal advice, donor rules, or an employer’s recruitment process.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your login confidential. Organization claims must be submitted only by people authorized to represent that organization and remain subject to review.
2. Directory and source status
Organization records come from open sources, self-registration and review. A listing is not an endorsement. “To verify,” “stable,” and “verified” describe Atlas’s information-confidence process, not the quality or legitimacy of an organization. Tell us when a record needs correction.
3. Grants, opportunities and matching
Funding and opportunity information may change at its source. Match scores are informational and are based on the profile, CV and preferences you choose to store. They do not determine eligibility or selection. You are responsible for checking eligibility, deadlines, conditions and the official source before relying on or applying to an opportunity. Atlas does not guarantee funding, employment, selection or a response.
4. Member content and applications
You retain responsibility for information you submit. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, confidential or rights-infringing content. By applying through Atlas, you instruct us to send the application and attached CV to the posting organization. Posting organizations must use applicant information only for the stated recruitment or selection purpose.
5. CV tool
The CV builder helps format information you provide. You are responsible for accuracy. Export limits and saved-CV limits are shown in the membership interface. Optional links to third-party writing tools are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Free and professional access
Free services and fair-use limits are described on the Services page and may be reasonably adjusted for sustainability with advance notice. Professional activation is currently manual. Tailored advisory, customized documents and bespoke training require a separate scope and price agreement.
7. Moderation and suspension
Atlas may review, reject, remove or suspend content and accounts that are fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, technically harmful or inconsistent with these terms. We will act proportionately and preserve legitimate appeal or correction requests.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Atlas available and accurate, but the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation or complete data. To the extent permitted by law, The Change Architect is not responsible for decisions, losses or disputes arising from third-party records, external links, funders, employers, applicants or member organizations.
9. Intellectual property
Atlas software, branding and original editorial material belong to The Change Architect or its licensors. Source records remain subject to their source licences. Standard templates may be adapted for internal organizational use unless a specific template says otherwise.
10. Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Notice explains personal-data processing. We may update these terms when the service changes; the effective date will be updated. Contact contact@thechangearchitect.org.
