Global Response Medicine
GRM · National Ngo
About
It was 2017. In Iraq, the Battle of Mosul had been underway for months, and the civilian toll was catastrophic. Our founders, U.S. military veterans, Pete Reed and Derek Coleman, decided to act and formed an NGO to serve the world’s most vulnerable people in the midst of conflict, war, or disaster. Today, Global Response Medicine (GRM) is an agile medical force working throughout the world. We are a dedicated team of veterans; EMS, fire, and wilderness personnel; healthcare providers and medical academics; humanitarians and logistics specialists; volunteers and donors—we’re all focused on a singular mission: save lives.
