We, Relief Applications, are a European consulting firm with offices in Madrid and Geneva. We are a humanitarian-to-humanitarian organisation which does not deliver aid directly, but rather provides products and services to other humanitarian organisations to expedite their work and create efficiencies for the sector. Our team is composed of ICT Experts with extensive experience in the humanitarian and development sector. We specialise in developing IT solutions including information management systems, websites, online platforms and mobile apps. We also conduct business analysis and technical reviews. We have developed systems and applications for clients covering the full range of business cases from data entry, storage, analysis and visualisation. We have a number of consultants within our team who are experts in the creation of surveys and questionnaires and the analysis and visualisation of key data. Information/knowledge management: survey development, mobile data collection (Open Data Kit -ODK, Kobo, Excel), data cleaning, aggregation, analysis and reporting (dashboard, documentation), geographical information systems (GIS)/mapping, data storage and visualisation. ICT solutions development: mobile apps, web platforms and websites. For our developments we use the latest software technologies such as Angular, Django (Python), Elastic Search. For our tests we use tools to automate the test phase as much as possible as well as operation in an Agile development environment (Kanban methodology).
