Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia is established on March 17th 1945 and operates and function as an independent National Society since May 21, 1992. On November 1st 1995, is officialy recognized as a National Society by the International Committee od Red Cross (ICRC), and on November 25th 1995 becames 169th member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societes (IFRC).
