JPF is a mechanism for individuals, companies, NGOs, and the government to work together in equal partnership to deliver Japan's aid. JPF functions as a platform where the four parties can collaborate by leveraging their strengths and resources to deliver Japanese aid quickly and effectively to victims of natural disasters, refugees and internally displaced persons due to conflicts, both in Japan and abroad.
